We are gathered here to find the best song in Global Music 2023!
Last year, AMI won the Super Final for Romania, which is why we are here this year.
This year, the Super Final has been slightly altered compared to last year.
It will still consist of 3 stages, but this year Stage 1 and Stage 2 will consist of duels between two songs, from which the winner will proceed.
The Grand Final will still be in the regular voting style, where you award points to your top 10.
The 3 stages of the Super Final are:
STAGE 1:
All countries who did not win a medal this year and has participated in at least 3 editions and qualified for at least one final will be represented by their best placed song in 2023. 29 countries have qualified based on these terms. However, as this is an uneven number of songs that cannot be split into duels, Suriname has been given a wild card as they have the best placed (and scoring) song of the year not already in the Super Final.
The winner of each duel plus one wild card will proceed to Stage 2. In case of a tie in a duel, the manager selects the winner.
STAGE 2:
The songs qualified from Stage 1 will be joined by the Silver and Bronze Medallists from all 12 editions of Global Music in 2023. Again the songs will go head to head in duels with one song from each duel moving on. This means that 20 songs will progress to the third and final stage - The Grand Final.
GRAND FINAL:
This night we will crown another Super Champion.
The 20 qualifiers from Stage 2 will join the 12 champions of 2023, so 32 songs will be competing for the honour in the Grand Final.
It's up to you to decide who will win!
You can vote for any of the songs below, even if you yourself submitted it to the contest.
There are thus no excuses for not actively taking part in finding
